Expanding Production Capabilities for a Commercial Plumbing Supplier

Health, Hygiene, and Safety

Commercial Plumbing Supplier

Following a merger, a major commercial plumbing supplier was directed to discontinue their customised safety shower production line, despite ongoing commitments to customers. To maintain their client relationships and sales, they turned to Machine Technology. We seamlessly transitioned their machinery and key staff into our operations, allowing the supplier to continue meeting their clients’ needs without interruption. This collaboration ensured that the supplier retained their market position while also expanding their production capabilities within Machine Technology.

Our relationship with Enware has progressed over many years. They trust us and our capability, as we trust and respect them. In this case we worked hand in glove – our ability to transition their production requirements for custom safety showers into our facility and process enabled both our organisations to maintain and extend our delivery into our respective markets

Due to a merger, a major commercial plumbing supplier was directed towards removing their production line of customised safety showers – regardless of the fact that they had ongoing commitments to existing customers.  The supplier needed to secure ongoing supply to maintain customer relationships and sales.

Machine Technology, through its long term relationship with the client, was well positioned to transfer the business’s physical production machinery, as well as the key staff responsible for the line, into Machine Technology’s operation.  Machine Technology started to produce and customise the safety showers.

The commercial plumbing supplier maintained and secured their clients while continuing to commit to ongoing production.  Their long term staff found a new home at Machine Technology that absorbed and celebrated their expertise.  Machine Technology transitioned machinery and developed a new product line.
